
Lavalleja
Lavalleja is one of the departments of the country located in the central-eastern zone of Uruguay, its soil has the highest relief, and its capital is the city of Minas. Its landscape shows green and smooth mountains, being one of the most picturesque places in the Oriental Republic of Uruguay. Its relief extends along the Cuchilla Grande, surrounded by rivers, streams and waterfalls.
