Itinerary
Arrive in the morning, pick up your rental car and leave your belongings in it. Afterward, your guide will join you to show you the charming little town of Colonia del Sacramento, a UNESCO World HeritageSite. At the end of the day, head towards the capital: Montevideo.

Today we suggest you to visitJosé Ignacio, a small fishing village even more select than Punta del Este. Although there are some luxury buildings, where you can see some celebrities, this site seeks to preserve itsfishing village style. Most people go to buy their fresh fish from the sailors returning from fishing. You will also find excellent restaurants specializing ingourmet seafood cuisine.
You can head further inland and visit the Lavalleja region and especially Minas. This region is characterized by a landscape of undulating hill chains, which, together with its vegetation and the richness of flora and fauna, form an idyllic environment to recharge your batteries.

We invite you to a parenthesis on the coast: Cabo Polonio. It is a small ecological reserve located on the Atlantic coast of Uruguay where about fifty people live all year round. Head towards Punta del Diablo. This delicious fishing village will seduce you with its calm and tranquility. Enjoy its sumptuous beaches ideal for surfers and nature lovers. Buy your fish directly from the fishermen when they come back from fishing, for a taste like no other.
